Subsurface Safety Valve (SSSV) Systems
Fail-Safe Safety Solutions for Well Integrity
Our SSSV systems are designed to protect personnel, equipment, and the environment by providing a fail-safe barrier in the production tubing.
These valves are installed in the tubing string below the wellhead and can automatically shut off flow in case of a surface equipment failure or emergency.
Available in wireline retrievable or tubing retrievable configurations.
Key Features
Fail-safe closure mechanism in the event of pressure loss or emergency
Available as tubing retrievable and wireline retrievable versions
Compatible with most control line systems
Designed for high-pressure/high-temperature (HPHT) environments
Optional metal-to-metal sealing for corrosive or sour service
Field-tested in both offshore and onshore wells
Applications
Emergency shut-off for producing wells
Offshore well safety systems (platform, subsea)
Secondary barrier in critical zones
Required for many regulatory environments
